*United Kingdom - Please note that the customer is responsible for paying UK VAT and duties on ALL orders since we're not registered for UK VAT yet.

Delivery options

We use different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and the delivery location. Choose your shipping method in the checkout.

Delivery Times

Sweden: 2-3 days from shipment
Europe: 5-7 working days from shipment
International: 12-14 working days from shipment

Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received in our warehouse. 

Order Tracking

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company, we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@houseofkota.com

International Shipping Duties

EU/Norway/UK: We currently ship DDP, Delivery Duty Paid.

All other locations: Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes.

Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Making changes to your order
You can change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please get in touch with us at info@houseofkota.com as soon as possible to change your order.

Failure to collect your order

If your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will charge a fee of 350 SEK / 30 Euros. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The payment will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Products

If you think your order is damaged or faulty, please reach out to info@houseofkota.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have reviewed the pictures and description, we will process your request.
